Our Houston Court Reporters have the ability to remote into your deposition as if we were actually there, as well as attend via hybrid style! These virtual solutions allow for breakout rooms, readback (when necessary), the ability to mark exhibits, and more! Remote Depositions allow everyone to see, hear and participate as though we are all present at the same physical location! What is required (by all parties involved) is a high-speed internet connection, a webcam, or a mobile device with a camera; or a computer or laptop (with all the necessary features) -- and you'll be good to go! We also provide legal transcription via our Houston Transcription Services completing and finalizing all transcripts.

During your video deposition and/or recording, our Houston Court Reporters will be present (remotely) to facilitate this portion of the ligation process in addition to a videographer, if that's your preference. We'll be there, as the digital guardian of the record, making sure the record is captured accurately, swearing in the witnesses then later transcribing via our legal transcription services; all of which ensures a smooth process from beginning to end!

Whether in-person or remote, our Houston Court Reporters will perform confidence monitoring of the audio/video while recording your deposition. This ensures the audio is of the best quality possible. While overseeing these legal proceedings, our Deposition Officer will be ensuring everyone present is seen and heard, the audio/video is functioning properly, and the microphones are performing accordingly. Our Houston Digital Court Reporter will also be capturing and annotating notes during your deposition, all of which aids and support in the final transcript.

In the final phase of our digital court reporting process, there's the transcribing of the audio/video of your deposition to form a complete and final transcript -- enter Houston Transcription Services! After our legal transcription services have completed the transcription portion, rigorous editing and proofing are then applied to the transcript along with the finishing touches. Once the witness or deponent has reviewed and signed the errata sheet for any corrections and/or changes, the transcript is then delivered electronically to all ordering parties.
